My grandfather ran the pub but unfortunately I do not have the exact dates. I think it would have been following Walter Farrance. My mother was born in 1907 and they were living there when she was at senior school in Cambridge and after she left school, when she used to deliver telegrams for the Post Office opposite the pub.
From that I think they would have been there from about 1918, I know they were living in Whittlesford in 1935 when my mother was married. *
